SUMMARY:Healing the Mother Wound
DESCRIPTION:MOTHER WOUND\nIntroduction To the Mother Wound \nWhen we share the words – mother wound\, inevitably\, most people will draw a small breath. You hear it catch in the throat as they censor their response. The big taboo subject in society is saying anything openly about our experience as a mother or our relationship with our mother. This default mechanism instantly triggers guilt\, shame\, and fear. \nIf your experience has been so awful that there is still a rise or a catch felt when you talk negatively about your mother\, then this is for you.  The mother is the first person that we connect with\, she is our first love affair\, and unlike what most people think\, this starts from the moment of conception. \nEvery thought\, feeling\, and emotion goes straight from mother to baby. If a mother is uncertain about her pregnancy\, the baby already starts to feel the disconnect. It starts to decide that the world is not a safe place in the womb. This can lead to a lifetime of feeling that you do not belong here\, a sense of constantly searching for a home\, and never really feeling that you fit anywhere. \nFrom the moment we come into this world\, we rely on the mother for our safety\, needs\, food\, shelter\, love\, belonging\, and security. Research has discovered that eye contact between mother and child has been linked to brain mapping and the child’s development. It releases oxytocin in the mother and baby\, often called the cuddle hormone. The baby language we all think is just senseless sounds is a complex language between mother and child that enhances brain development. \nTheir whole world revolves around this one person. How often have you sat in a café and watched the interaction of a mother and a child? They watched intently\, waiting for their mother to look at them\, squealing in delight to receive a smile or a comforting word. \nBut what happens when this contact is limited or non-existent? What happens if the mother is depressed\, unavailable\, too busy\, or has her head stuck on the phone rather than interacting with the child in today’s society? What if parenting isn’t all you thought it would be? Also\, more and more mothers are forced to work\, limiting their children’s time. They feel stretched\, guilty\, and in some cases\, shame that they are not living up to expectations. What if you were that baby? \nAs a mother\, you are often riddled with guilt about how you have failed. If you happen to be the child of an unloving mother\, then becoming a mother is even more daunting. How many of us have said\, “I will never be like my mother\,” and before you know it\, a few sleepless nights\, hormones going wild\, and ta-da\, your mother is coming out of your mouth. \nHaving grown up with a strict mother\, I know this feeling. I have been working on my mother- wound for over 40 years. I lost my mother when I was 12 years old. So\, there was never an opportunity to change our relationship. I was at war with a ghost. One of the hardest things I had to overcome was the limiting beliefs\, sabotaging behaviors\, addictions\, and depression over the unrealistic expectations I had placed on myself as a mother and the daughter of an unloving mother. I had to learn to separate myself from what was in my mind\, from the actual reality. She had been dead for almost 40 years\, so I was the only person keeping alive the pain\, abuse\, and suffering. \nIt took a lot of deep searching\, going within\, help\, and training that get me to a point where I can think of my mother as a human being who has had a human experience. She was not infallible\, nor am I\, which is perfectly ok. As Brene Brown says\, “we are perfect in our imperfections.” This was a book that would embark me on a 3-year journey through shamanism (and Dr. Strange\, but that’s another story) to find myself\, love myself\, and accept myself. To forgive the past\, to let go of the pain\, and to see the true joy in every experience that I have had the privilege as a human being to experience and grow from. \nI look forward to taking this journey into the mother wound with you. I am here to support you and hold a safe and sacred space to allow the past wounds to transform into the lessons for the future. \nMay you find the peace and joy I have been able to find in walking this journey before you. \nDuration: 3 Days\nLocation: TBA\nCost: TBA\nDate: TBA\nLimited to 12 per group \n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n	\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n	\n	I agree that my submitted data is being collected and stored.

SUMMARY:Reclaiming the Sacred Feminine
DESCRIPTION:Owning your story \nWhen we own our story\, we empower the very core of our being.  We stop being a victim of our experience and our circumstances\, we become the creators that dream our reality into existence. When we hide from our true selves\, our mistakes\, our choices\, our experiences\, good and bad we weaken the very fiber of our being. We begin to diminish\, shrink and pack our lives into a smaller box. We leave no room for growth or expansion. We then become stuck in the negative loops of our thoughts and the voice of the inner critique starts to get louder and we start to hide our true feelings\, seeing them as vulnerabilities and weaknesses. We start to self-condemn; we often become our own internal abuser who is unable to step out of our own self-imposed prison. \nWhat if you could change your story? What if you could create a life that is in alignment with your true self and your true purpose? What if there was a way to safely unpack all the baggage that keeps you stuck in the past\, fearful and afraid of moving forward? What if you could come face to face with your demons and learn that they are just the wounded part of yourself looking to be seen\, heard\, and sacredly witnessed? What if you could finally step out and feel your full absolute true potential? \n \nSound a little scary? Unbelievable? or is the inner critique whispering “this won’t work for me\,” “I am different.” What if I put out my hand and asked you to hold onto it while we go just to take one step at a time? The journey will be worth the effort! Then would you then be willing to invest in yourself for yourself? \nWe live in a world that doesn’t sleep. Between technology\, social media\, long working hours\, family commitments\, relationships (or lack thereof)\, we have become disconnected \nNot only do we not know how to connect with others\, but we have also forgotten how to connect with our true self\, our intuition\, and our gut instinct. We can restore our connection by starting with self (our intuition and our gut instinct). It is time to go within\, to find the silence and the quiet place where we once heard our higher intelligence talking to us. How do we do this? \nBy slowly exploring our story\, getting to know ourselves\, taking the time to explore ‘what do I want\, what do I need\,’ by getting offline\, implementing self-love practices\, and gently finding our way home. \nDuring your time with me\, you will explore all aspects of your inner self\, your wants and needs\, your fears and desires\, your weaknesses\, and your strengths. You will learn to rewrite your story on your terms by discovering those deeply hidden parts of yourself that have been pushed down\, reprimanded\, punished\, and abused. \nYou will find that part of yourself that is here to live a bright and beautiful life. You will learn to accept all parts of yourself\, bringing feelings of completion and wholeness. \nIt is time to shed the past the way the snake sheds her skin\, it’s time to take responsibility for your role in your situation\, to own your projections\, and create changes that will support your inner growth and expansion. It is time to bring home all the fragmented aspects of your true self. \nTo see the beauty that surrounds you and to open yourself to the opportunities that will present themselves to you. It is time to manifest the life you want by shedding the past that holds you back. \nWe will delve deep into our psyche. We will look at the different areas of your life that aren’t working and build solutions that will bring you your desired outcome. We will explore the depths of your feminine being\, honor her\, respect her\, nurture her and bring her back to her full creative brilliance. \nSo many individuals are suffering from a deep depletion of the feminine principle. We can’t see that we are hurting ourselves in the process. When we deplete our feminine aspect – we begin to feel exhausted\, anxious\, depressed\, have insomnia\, have vivid dreams or nightmares\, are unable to recognize exhaustion\, and push through. Beating up on yourself that you can do more\, ‘Should do more\,’ classic superwoman syndrome. Life becomes hectic and chaotic\, it feels out of control\, you feel that you may be hanging on by one finger\, one step out of line and it all falls apart. Or so we think. \nWe live in a constant state of fear of what is coming\, irrational fears\, desperately trying to hang on to all we have because of our attachment to ‘stuff.’ After all\, it is our ‘stuff’ that determines how successful we are. Isn’t it obvious\, that the more stuff I have\, the more successful I am becoming? Wrong. The more we have\, the more we fear we will lose it. \nAre you ready to let go of the chaos\, release the fears and anxieties\, to build healthy and loving relationships with yourself and others? Are you ready to fearlessly and courageously dive into your new life? If you have replied yes to any of the above\, then let’s get started. \nDuration: 3 Days\nLocation: TBA\nCost: TBA\nDate: TBA\nLimited to 12 per group \n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n	\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n	\n	I agree that my submitted data is being collected and stored.
