With healthy relational tools, we change our relationships, and we change the way others treat us. We learn to set healthy boundaries. We know to identify the body changes that act as our emotional barometer, placing what we are feeling in the moment. By allowing our feelings to move through at the moment, we stop them from becoming stuck emotions that keep us from moving freely and happily through life.
Challenges will always be a part of life. What will change is how you relate to these challenges and how you respond to these challenges in the present moment. By raising our consciousness around our responses and actions, we change the responses and reactions of others. We begin to teach others how we want to be treated.
The greatest gift you can offer yourself and those around you is to release the past so that you can embrace a bright and fulfilling future. When we are willing to face our traumas and internal demons, our shadow aspects – the hidden parts of ourselves that we have rejected, we start to release the stranglehold of old fears and beliefs. We begin to build strong and healthy relationships; we heal the generational patterns that keep reflecting themselves in our children and our families. When we heal these patterns, we also heal the suffering of the seven generations that came before us and the seven generations that will come after us.
