Julia has a lifetime of personal experience with trauma and other mental health and energetic modalities, which she applies to her own life. She is a great believer in walking her talk.

We offer classes such as The Sacred Feminine Womb Wisdom Workshop, Smudging Workshop, Sound Bath Healing, Drumming Circle, Shamanic Journeying, 10 Day Detox, and 7 Week Chakra class. We are also open to suggestions. Whatever you are looking for, there is a journey awaiting you.
